Return Material Authorization

The issuance of a RMA number allows the return of a specific item(s) to PicturePhone for examination only. A RMA number does not guarantee credit or replacement. All RMA’s are subject to inspection prior to final disposition by PicturePhone. For further details please read our return policy and important RMA information posted on our website at picturephone.com. Restocking charges of 25% or greater may apply.

If approved an RMA number will be dispatched along with return instructions. We will refuse any items shipped to us without a valid RMA number attached. Each item returned will require a separate RMA to be filled out.

NOTE: DOA (dead on arrival) items will be replaced within 30 days of invoice only. After 30 days you will be directed to the manufacturer and are subject to their warranty policy/department. You are responsible for any and all freight charges for both inbound and outbound product shipments whether under warranty on not.
